Homebound Services

York County Library offers free homebound delivery service for individuals who are unable to visit a library in person due to a long-term illness, physical disability, or medical condition. Eligible residents can receive library materials such as books, audiobooks, and DVDs, delivered directly to their homes.
 

To request homebound service, please complete the form below or contact Outreach Services at 803-981-5872 for assistance. Please allow 5–7 business days after submitting this application to hear back from us.​​​​
