Digital Services Update: Some services, including Libby and Hoopla, now require a PIN. Your default PIN is the last four digits of the phone number on your library account. To reset it, go to My Account and select "Forgot my Password."
Closing Notice: All York County Library locations will be closed Thursday, Nov. 5, for Staff In-Service Day. All locations will also be closed Wednesday, Nov. 11, for Veterans Day.
Library Card Renewal
Library cards expire every two years and must be renewed. To renew your library card online, fill out the form below, and a library staff member will review the information and process the renewal. You may also call or visit your local YCL location to renew your card.
Please note that library cards for minors cannot be renewed online. A parent or legal guardian must complete a new Youth Library Card Application each time a child’s card is renewed.
