St. Patrick's Day: Fort Mill Library will close at noon on Saturday, March 14, for the Baxter Village Spring Fling & St. Patty's Parade. Clover Library will also close that entire day for the town's St. Patrick's Day Festival.

Juneteenth: Friday, June 19 – Sunday, June 21, 2026

Rock Hill Events

The exterior mural of the Main Library celebrates the life of beloved artist Vernon Grant and is the largest mural in York County. This beautiful piece of art was designed by illustrator Jill Pratzon and brought to life by muralist Osiris Rain.
