Do you want to hear a story from YCL staff at any time?

Call the Library’s Dial-A-Story phone line at 803-620-8585. You'll hear stories for adults, teens, and children, as well as music and songs, poetry, jokes and riddles, history tidbits, trivia, and more! You can also listen online via the links below as stories become available.

Calling all trivia buffs! Whether you're a bookworm, an anime aficionado, or a library lover, our Dial-A-Story Trivia Challenge has something for you!

For Kids: How well do you know these beloved children's characters and stories? It’s time to find out!
For Teens: Test your knowledge of iconic anime opening songs and see if you can recognize them all!
For Adults: Show off your love for libraries with some fun trivia, and you could win a $10 gift card to a local business of your choice! Simply email your answers to york-dialastory@yclibrary.org to enter the drawing.
