Electrical Upgrade Project

Stay Tuned for the Main Library "Glow-Up!"

Big changes are coming to York County Library's Main Library in Rock Hill! Thanks to support from York County, our building will undergo essential electrical upgrades to improve lighting, energy efficiency, and future technology. These improvements will help us provide a safer, brighter, and more modern library experience for our community.

The project is projected to last six months, and while we don’t have a confirmed reopening date, we're excited to welcome you back to a refreshed and improved Main Library in 2026!
