New Library Catalog System

What does this mean for you?​

You may experience temporary issues with our new system, particularly when searching the catalog or when using your Library card to sign in to your account, check out items, place holds, or access our digital services.

 

We ask that you please keep trying, and rest assured that we are working hard to quickly resolve any and all problems our patrons may be experiencing.

 

• When you first log into your library account, note that your PIN/password has been reset to the last four digits of your phone number on file.

• Library Locker pickup  is currently unavailable. All locker holds can be picked up inside your local library branch until further notice.

• York County Library eCards are currently unavailable until further notice.

• The Hemlock app is no longer compatible with SCLENDS libraries.

• Eligible items will now be automatically renewed in your account on their due date. Patrons with email notifications will receive an email once this process has completed listing the renewed items and new due dates. Please note that some items, such as interlibrary loan materials and hotspots, are not eligible for auto-renewal, and digital items are also excluded.
