Friends' Book Sale Offers Huge Selection
Pick up some great books and support the library at the Friends of the York County Library book sale will be held September 29-October 2 at 133 E. Main Street, Rock Hill.
Preview Night is Thursday, Sept. 29 from 5-9 p.m. for Friends members only, but memberships will be sold at the door to the general public. Memberships begin at $10 for individual memberships and $25 for families and are valid for one year and include preview night admission to four book sales.
The sale will be open to the public Friday, Sept. 30, 9 a.m. - 8 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 1, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Sunday, Oct. 2, 2-5 p.m.
This sale will feature thousands of hardcover and paperback books for adults and children, sold at $1.00 per inch, measuring the height of the book stack. Videos, audio books and surplus library equipment will also be for sale at bargain prices.
