Charlotte's Web Performed at Area Libraries


Enjoy the exciting musical version of E. B. White's beloved classic, Charlotte's Web, presented at area libraries on April 29. The show will be performed at 11 a.m. at the York Public Library, 21 E. Liberty Street and at 3:30 p.m. at the York County Library, 138 E. Black Street, Rock Hill. There is no admission charge.


Wilbur the pig and the little gray spider named Charlotte come to life in this tale for ages 3 and up, presented by North Carolina Theatre for Young People from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro.


In conjunction with the York performance, York Comprehensive High School students have created art based on Charlotte’s Web. The art show will be on display at the York Public Library until April 29.
