Technology Resources & Services Survey

Click here to take our survey

Understanding our community is essential to provide patrons with the technology services they need. To better understand how our communities use our public technology resources and services, we are conducting an online survey. This survey asks patrons about how they use library technology services like public computers, wireless networks, and online resources. It should only take a few minutes to complete, and your responses will help us evaluate and improve our technology services. Click here to begin the survey.

Library Closing Notice

The York County Library in Rock Hill will be closed Sunday, April 20 in observance of Easter. In addition, all York County Libraries will be closed Monday, April 21 for staff training.

Catalog upgrade limits online services, April 21

SCLENDS, the library catalog, will undergo a system upgrade Monday, April 21. During this time, users will not be able to place items on hold, renew materials or access some ebooks or online resources. This upgrade will make the catalog smartphone- and tablet-friendly and include improved searching features, such as increased font sizes for vision-impaired users. We appreciate your patience as we improve our services.

Lego Donations Requested

We're planning new Lego programs, and we need your help! If you have new or used Lego or Duplo building blocks, complete sets, or just extra pieces you'd like to donate, they can be dropped off at any York County Library. In Rock Hill, please bring them directly to the Children's Department.
